Login from Siteground linking to the wrong account?

I have being struggling for 2 days to login to the correct account from Siteground. I am using the correct Username and password for the account I am trying to access but it keeps on opening my website wordpress account instead of the wordpress site I have set up as an LMS with LearnDash and is hosted by Siteground.
Siteground say that it is pointing to the correct account ie the LMS account.
Here is a video to show the problem I am having and I have no idea where to go to from here?
