Login has gone from website

  I logged on to my website wordpress account for silksolutionsglobal.com and all was fine. I followed the instructions for jetpack and connected site to my gatewayghana blog.

  Today I went to my admin page and it has a wordpress template page and now I don’t know how to get to my page to fix it/ change it anything.

  Please help
