  Hi. I am trying to log into a client’s wordpress site (the back end) and I keep getting a message telling me that my password/user name is incorrect. I KNOW I am using the correct password and user name because my colleague can log in using the same ones, just on a different computer. I REALLY need to get in there because I have work that I need to do ASAP. Please help.

  What is the URL for the website that you are attempting to access and where exactly are you going to log in?

  Try logging in at the follow link with your given credentials: http://www.susanmbarber.com/wp-admin/

  For future reference though, this website is actually a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
