  Good morning, i have been unable to login to my account. When inputting my user name, it does not allow me to input password. it defaults to the show/hide eye. The only way i have had minor access is through wordpress.com which has not been tailored to my usabililty. This has caused as great headache.

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy. The issue when logging in is when you go to opbcchicago.org/wp-admin, is that right?

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
