    Hi,
    My late husband passed away and he was in charge of our other website. I have the admin username and password but for some reason it will not let me access it anymore. Unfortunately I have not had the chance to transfer owners.

    The website does not show up anymore. I want to know what happened to it, but I am not sure how to go about it since I cant even access the back end. I do not want to loose our clientele. Please advise.

    However, I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.

    Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
