login into wordpress through showit

  when i login in to wordpress through showit it tells me i dont have an account with the login i am using and i have tried my username and email. I have tried forget password but it says i dont have an account under this name but i am logined in here. what am i doing wrong??? It says i dont have an account when i login through showit and i am in my account here so can you tell me what i need to do to fix this??
