login is not accepting my password or email address

Trying to get into my Hartway Home site to change to a better password. I have already done so with my Leather by shannon site and would like my dashboard to handle both.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Sorry I think there is a misunderstanding somewhere- both my sites are with wordpress. COM and I cannot access my hartwayhome.com dashboard at all.
I used the password provided by wordpress when I set up the site and the login will not accept it, nor will it accept my email address in the password change prompt. -
Wait a minute I found another way in through my browser history BUT I still want to access both from one admin dashboard-is that possible? Both sites are serviced by the same DNS.

http://hartwayhome.com/ is not hosted by wordpress.COM. We do not provide support for linking self-hosted sites via the Jetpack plugin to wordpress.COM accounts.
