Login isn’t working

  Hi, my login details and password for wordpress isn’t working. It doesn’t recognise my username or password. I’ve tried resetting it but it doesn’t recognise my email address either, and I’m not sure what email address it’s under. Can you please help? Thanks Cara

  Could you please tell us the address of your site which you are not able to access?

  If your website is not hosted at WordPress.com, then you can also reset the password for your WordPress.org site from the database if you have access to cPanel:
