login issue

  Hi there,
  I have problem login to my admin page tianweiyu.com
  And I tried to reset my password to my email account (email visible only to moderators and staff) but the system said that it was invalid.
  Can you please help me?

  Were you unable to get the following page to accept your email address?

  Change or Reset Your Password

  If not, was it typed correctly? If the email address you type in is correct and associated with your WordPress.com account, it should reset successfully.

  I am a bit lost here. Are you having trouble logging into the admin panel of tianweiyu.com?

  If yes, then I’d like you to know that it is not hosted on WordPress.com. It’s running a self-hosted version of WordPress. Over here, we can only help you with the former. You can read about the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted version of WordPress here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

  Thank you guys for helping!
  I am not sure if it is a wordpress issue or hosting company issue.
  The site is running normally, I just cannot login to the admin page.
  Here is the page I want to login http://tianweiyu.com/wp-login.php
  it keep popping up error message, and I am sure the info I typed are correct.

  So the issue is from the hosting company not wordpress?

  That’s right, the issue is not with WordPress.com, but with your hosting company, HostDime. Here’s a link to their Support page.

  I will contact my hosing company. It’s called Turtle Hosting. They keep giving me issues. :(
