  We have a site- papasanproperties.com- and are not able to login. It says that our username does not exist. We were able to access the site earlier today but are not able to now.

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but on a self-hosted WordPress.org site. You’ll find the difference here:https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
