  WordPress.com hosting doesn’t offer telephone help. The hosting company where you bought the domain listed above might, however.

  It looks like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!

  If there is a WordPress.com hosted site you need help with, let us know that address.

  I checked and found that your website is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPress.com.

  Hi,

  I’m afraid that there is no telephone support. Support is only available via email or live chat for the non-free sites hosted by WordPress.com (depending on which plan has been subscribed to).

  Also, this forum is for those whose sites are hosted at WordPress.com. I just looked at your site, and it appears to be hosted by BlueHost, so there’s a different support forum over at wordpress.org/support

  Thank you very much folks! I appreciate the help. As you can tell I am a total newbee to all this, and it’s kinda like chinese!! (which I don’t speak) I got it all figured out, keep up the good work. People like me really appreciate your replies =)
