Perhaps that is because your site is hosted at BlueHost not here at WorDPress.com. Did you see the replies when you posted in this forum previously: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/change-background-colour-of-the-flyout-menu-in-talon-theme/

My old site QuakerHeronPress does exist.
But I am unable to get to the admin page: -
That’s because the site belongs to a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged in under.
You’ll need to log in under the correct account to access it. :)
