  Hi there, it’s a long story and I’m emailing from a different account, but a web designer created a different WordPress account for me and I had to let him go. When I did, I changed my password. For whatever reason, maybe I accidentally made a spelling error. Bottom line, the account is tied to a username and not an email address. When I click ‘Lost my Password,’ it takes me to a place that says ‘404 PAGE Oops! That page can not be found.’ I am the rightful owner of the domain name, so I am very much hoping you can help me figure out how to reset my password, login and go from there.
