Login issue

  I’m able to login as an admin of my website from my phone but my laptop is not responding like earlier. I cleared the history to clear cache and cookies. reset password multiple times. I dont know how to proceed now. please help

  Are you speaking of https://abbasopticals.com/ that’s connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin? That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
