Login Issue

    I can’t login to my account. My partner is able to do so but I can’t do it in multiple browsers, cleared cache, private browsing, tried different computers and it still didn’t work.

    What’s the issue here? How can I solve this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The only sites I see on your @goldencottonpopcorn WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – goldencottonpopcorn.wordpress.com

    I see you are able to log in to your WordPress.com account, so you should be able to access the site you see here: https://wordpress.com/sites

    Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there?

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
