  I change my host from Hostgator to Siteground and I am having a hard time accessing my site. I followed the account recovery which asked me for a new email which I created. Yet I am still not getting in. I am so frustrated.

  This is the host WordPress.com and isn’t either Hostgator or Siteground so you’ll need to reach out to them for assistance. If it helps this is what a Whois shows
