  I try to login to sitename.com/wp-login but I get the information that: “There is no account with that username or email address”.

  What can I do?

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

  WordPress.com does not use site-specific logins, only account logins, so if you’re trying to log into a site directly you’re likely using the open source WordPress software at another host. In that case, please contact your hosting provider for help with this, as we can’t help with access to sites that aren’t hosted on our servers.
