Login Issue – Site Redirect

Hi all, alright. Bear with me here, this may get weird… I am creating a site for an organization through WordPress.org. In order to get approval for this I made a couple test blogs to give my boss a preview of what I was going to do.
When I got the green light, I signed up for a premium WP account, downloaded the stuff, started on the blog, getting pretty far. Then, out of no where I couldn’t load the page anymore. I couldn’t log in. It would automatically redirect me to one of my test blogs, which I had already deleted.
blog.wordpress.com is no longer available
So it seems like it just keeps redirecting to my old .wordpress.com blog and I really have no idea what to do about it.
I have tried re-coding some, I’ve reinstalled WP, gotten rid of all my plugins. Nothing is seeming to work!
PLEASE HELP AS I HAVE A DEADLINE BY THIS FRIDAY!!!!!!
