  Guys please assist. some how I lost access to my account. it says user incorrect e-mail. my website is am4.tech.

  If the email recovery doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:

  * A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account

  Hi,

  Attached you can find a screen shot from my bank account that a transaction was done.

  The site is live btw – https://am4.tech

  The account was under my name but singed with a different e-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  The activation links I have to look up again but last when I checked did see the e-mail.

  Well that is all I got as I don’t have access I can’t look up the info in the perges section.

  I really hope we can fix it!

  Hi Martin, we can’t see the screenshot but that is a good thing: you won’t want to share the transaction ID publicly. You’d want to use it in the secure recovery form instead. We have that info here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Once you’ve submitted that form with the transaction ID, the recovery team will take a look and help you recover access, even if it’s just to remind you of the email on the account. (It isn’t the one you shared.)

  Hey, did you receive anything? I when to fill out the form but every time I tried to submit it keep telling me to reset my pass and forgot the other msg that kept coming up and left me with the impression it wasn’t sent

  Hi there!

  If you’re not able to reset your password from the link in the form, please send the transaction ID directly to passwordhelp@wordpress.com.
  In general, if you have access to the correct email, you should just be able to reset the pass from https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.

  Hey,

  I did manage to log in but the site is not there.

  I’ve sent an e-mail with the bank statement hope this help to resolve the case.

  We only need the transaction ID for the most recent transaction, not your entire bank statement.

  But our account recovery team will get back to you via email as soon as they get to your request in their queue.
