Login Issues

It has been a while since I tried to access my website dashboard and now the page will not load. I get an “Http error 500” and the page says it is not working. I can access my website to view it, but not login to make changes. I have tried clearing cookies/cache, and allowing all cookies. Not sure what else to do?

Thanks. I created this account because I couldn’t figure out how to contact someone without being able to log in on my other account. I will try the other support forums and hopefully get results there.
