Login issues

I can’t login to my account. I’m receiving a message that my account doesn’t exist. I’m signed in now but when I try to edit my products or site I’m forced to sign in and it says my site doesn’t exist. Very confusing and very aggravating.

I checked the site, and though it is connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com-managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.
It appears your site is hosted with Hostinger. I would contact them as they should be able to best assist you since they have access to your account and site:
