login issues

hi my name is iffazer from japan. i am not a good expert to make homepage. i have 2 home pages with wordpress.
1st one is simple – http://www.qnholdingjp.com with email ( (email visible only to moderators and staff))
there is no issue for this.
2nd is wordpress woocommerce .
http://www.galaxyexress-shopping.com with email ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
those are the things i made through the hosgator.com .
problem is i can login in to my current wordpress dashboard with my current username and password.but i cannot login into wordpress.com or wordpress.com/wp-login.php.
i don’t know why? because i finished 90% my woocommerce sites.excess shipping and payments only.therefore i thought to download woocommerce table rate shipping.then i went to woocommerce sites.but when use same username and password, it is also same messages popup ‘invalid ‘.
i contacted hostgator live chat.i talked to them. according to their advice i change my user name and password from their cpanel. even though i could login into my wordpress dashboard only. then who said that to contact your sites.please help me.
it will be very great that solve my problems.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is wordpress.COM support. There is no e-commerce here. You cannot run woocommerce on any site that’s hosted by wordpress.COM. You can only run it on a wordpress.ORG install on paid hosting.

There is no cpanel on wordpress.com sites. They exist only on wordpress.ORG software installs.
