Login issues

When I try and login to my site, jetpack is blocking my ip address. When I try and follow the instructions to add my IP to the whitelist, it won’t let me make any changes because it is unable to connect to my site. Can you help me with this please?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
