Login issues

  I’m unable to access my back office using the wp-admin add on. I keep getting a message that the user doesn’t exist, or the password is incorrect. I’ve also received messages that an SMS and email with login link was sent, but they never arrived.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.
