Login Issues

  I am trying to make changes to my site, but every time I go to log into the admin page it says my ‘invalid email address’ – but when i click ‘forgot my password’ it sends me an email to the email address I am trying to use to login (which is the primary email on my account). Any advice here?

  What is the address of the site you are trying to access? Was the site created 4 days ago along with this account or do you perhaps need to be logged in to a different account?

  If you’re speaking of http://box5500.temp.domains/~honesuf5, that site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this, as we have no control over your admin login for that site – that password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers.
