  I have a wordpress blog named beachbum4ever.com that was created in April 2017. I’m having issues logging into to start blogging again and so I requested a password change and I believe another account was created by accident. I want to talk to someone and since there is no phone number on this website I found a website named WordPress Support 24/7. I don’t understand why I have to pay another company to fix a password issue with your website. I did not feel comfortable sharing my login and passwords. I need help and clarity on whether these people work for you and can this issue be fix by you?? LaTanya Johnson

  Your website uses the standalone WordPress software which means you have a self-hosted WordPress website which is hosted on iPage.

  So we don’t have any control over this website. We can help with the websites which are hosted on WordPress.com.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org and two different platforms. To know more, please read this.

  Please contact the web hosting(iPage) customer support to fix this for you.

  And if you want to ask this in a forum, you should use WordPress.org forums.
