Login issues

Hey! I have a website made with wordpress that has a domain that is hosted by GoDaddy. Our company had someone make the site years ago and it is in need of an update, however, we can’t remember the login–not the email, nor password. We’re a okay with making a new wordpress site, however I’m worried we won’t be able to connect the domain name to the new site without disconnecting it from the one we are locked out of. Any advice?

We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum. Know that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Contact your web host for hosting issues. For software issues post to the WordPress.ORG support forums.
