Login Issues

Hello – I can get to WordPress and login just fine to see my dashboard, but when I click ‘Write’ it prompts me to login again, and it does not accept my login information. I enter the same information that I have always entered for my username/email address and password, and it will not take it. When I click on ‘Lost your password?’ and try to reset it, I get an error saying ‘An account with this username/email address does not exist,’ even though I have used the email address and the username that are listed in my WordPress account on my profile settings. This all happened right after I was already writing a post in the editor, navigated away from the post, and went back to continue, and it had logged me out and won’t let me back in. Very confused, please assist.
