login issues

    The owner of this site and the administrator are both having a hard time logging in and also editing the site. The administrator was somehow able to login once but not able to edit. The site asked for her to log in again. So she has asked the owner to try to login but the site is not recognizing his password NOR his email. Please help. I am he administrator (email visible only to moderators and staff). The owner is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi,

    It seems like your site is self-hosted. If you have a self-hosted blog, you need to ask support from WordPress.org instead. Their support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/

    Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.
