Login issues

I have created a new website here with a new address and password (ok, my boyfriend did for me) the problem is is that I can’t use the same information to log in. I still have access to my old site until it expires, but I can’t use the new no matter if I change browsers, go incognito, use laptop or phone… I’m frustrated and this is the main reason why I didn’t use the other website he created for me; I shouldn’t feel a breakdown coming on just because I want to log in and there shouldn’t be so many other websites guiding on how to do something so simple.

The link my bf gave me was calmcounselor.com/wp-admin
I can’t do anything with it even with a new password he gave me

That site is over at GoDaddy not here at WordPress.com. You should be able to log in at their server at https://calmcounselor.com/wp-login

Thank you, but are you sure?
The server won’t respond , nothing is found. My bf said since I already have the other WordPress site for learnenglishpronunciation , the calmcounselor site should be there also all under the same account ( I think) and he tested it for Italian and Chinese servers as well. -
