  Dear WordPress,
  I administer the website http://www.magasinet-sundhed.dk, and I have always used these info:
  http://www.magasinet-sundhed.dk/wp-admin
  User: admin
  Password: VzsaHyMwIzprChFjrQ0SDGmu

  However, it does now say that I cannot login. Also I thought the email I should use was (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I do not receive any new password to that email address.

  Could you please help me?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
