Login Issues for (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I work for Placid Industries and am required to make some simple updates to our website for maintenance. We work with ThomasNet for our marketing and web development needs. Laura Weglinski from ThomasNet has added my profile ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to the list of administrators, but I have not received any emails with login details. When I try to login to the site, my email is accepted but my normal WP Engine password is not accepted. Could you please help me gain access to this site so I can complete my standard maintenance tasks? Thanks for your help in advance.

    It sounds like maybe you meant to contact WPEngine. We are a managed hosting service separate from them, and we’re separate from the free software as well. Your host can likely help you.
