Hi there! 👋🏼
I checked the site I believe you’re referring to (with the Business plan) and noticed several issues that needs to be addressed, one of which is the Jetpack connection, and the others are related to the domains, possible plugin conflict.
⚠️ Please, have the site owner contact us via Live Chat or email, so we can proceed with this!

Thank you for reaching me, but unfortunately, we are not able to reach the chat or email anymore and I dont understand why. Can you tell me the exact steps to reach the e-mail or chat without that automated stuff there which only asks me to “Ask in the forums”? Thanks.

Hi there,
Your issue is with 366dnizakatrem.cz yes? From what I can see this site is no longer hosted on WordPress.com, but is instead hosted with a different provider called WEDOS Internet, a. s.
You can confirm by looking at the
nserverinfo listed in the public WHOIS details for your domain on this page: https://www.whois.com/whois/366dnizakatrem.czWe are able to help in cases where your site is hosted directly on our manged servers, but we do not have access to WordPress sites that are hosted on outside providers. The good news is that help can be found in the WordPress community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

You are true, we were forced to move to the other servers, because here we hadn’t any FTP access which is important to make some changes and/or restoring some changes. However, do you know how to finally connect the Jetpack again?
-
Hi again,
I’m not sure I’ve understood. I do see that at one time the site 366dnizakatrem.cz was hosted here at WordPress.com, under our Business Plan. However it seems that since then the site has moved and is now hosted at WEDOS as I mentioned above.
You are trying to move back? Or is it correct that the site is hosted at WEDOS, and you wish to connect Jetpack to the site you have moved there?
-
NO, we moved to wedos intentionally, because here we had not got any FTP access.
BUT is there any way to eventually make jetpack plugin working which is on of the main issues?
-
Hi again,
I’m sorry if there was a misunderstanding about that. We offer SFTP access to sites under our Business Plan, so that is possible by following the steps here:
Secure File Transfer Protocol is a secure FTP method to transfer files to and from your site. This guide will show you how to use SFTP on WordPress.com. This feature is available on sites with the WordPress.com Business or Commerce plan. If your site has one of our legacy plans, it is available on the Pro plan. Precautions SFTP is an advanced function for those experienced in editingYou are definitely welcome to move your site back here (actually it’s still on our servers from what I can see, but inaccessible because the domain has been moved to WEDOS) but to do that we will need to hear from you under the account that the Business Plan was purchased under. There are no upgrades under this @jakubkasanda so we have no way to connect you to the site.
But if you can log into the @nonamecze account we would be better able to assist. If you prefer to stay with WEDOS then we need to also hear from @nonamecze to confirm and we can help with that, which will make it possible to connect the Jetpack plugin on your self-hosted site.
Thanks!

Well, thank you for your response. I dont have exact access to that account, but this is my boss’es one that he cant speak english well so that’s why I am managing it via my partnered account. But we moved the web to the WEDOS as you can see, and our hosting provider edited some stuff to be able to use jetpack again. But can you share what’s still pending to be “moved” to the WEDOS to have our web moved completely?
-
Hi there,

To approve the closure of the WordPress.com site (so that Jetpack can be connected to another site) we will need to hear from the site owner directly. You are kind to help them in this way, but for security reasons we must hear from the owner of the site.
language is not an issue, we will translate their message and understand them fine. But we must hear from them (instead of you telling us) in order to proceed.
Please ask your boss to contact us here so we can assist further. Thanks!
-
OK, I understand the security reasons and will contact him and try to tell him to respond you here. Thank you.
-
Hello. Sorry for the delay as there were some harder times reaching the friend. Now I am here and allowing you to move everything from the WordPress to the WEDOS. Please, do it. :)

Hi @nonamecze, @jakubkasanda, apologies; neither of you are listed as the site owner. Can you check in with the person who bought the upgrade? There is an active upgrade that renewed back in October.
If you’ll log in with the account that gets email reminders of renewals and whatnot, that will be the correct one, or you can use this recovery process using a transaction ID:

This guide will explain the steps to avoid getting locked out and how to recover your account if you cannot log in.
