login issues/ password recovery not working

I have been attempting to access this website since the unfortunate passing of our IT specialist unexpectedly late last year. I enter the email as a user to reset the password but never receive the requisite link to reset, in spite of this working on other sites for our businesses. Either this is not a valid email for this particular site or something has gone wrong. In either case, I need access to this website ASAP and need to know what information I need to make it happen.

Some other notes: I do not have access to any of the IT professional’s personal account information as she was freelance, I do not have any forms of verification on file that I can use to recover the account, and I’m at a complete impasse on this.
