Login Issues with CleanDashLife.com

    Hello, I recently purchased a domain through WordPress.com and accidentally put the email address for my gmail account as gamil.com. For this reason I have been unable to retrieve any information on my account. Also, I paid through my bank account and was charged for $76.00 on May 12th. Please help me reset or revise my email address on my account for CleanDashLife.com so that I can access my page.

    Hi there!

    When you log in to your WP Admin Dashboard here: http://cleandashlifeblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin, do you get this prompt http://d.pr/i/hqOZ? If so, then you should be able to correct your address by clicking Send to another email address.

    You can also change your email address in your Account Settings, or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings in your dashboard.

    Hi! Thank you for your response. But my issue is a little more complex and refers to my “www.cleandashlife.com” not the blog.

    Since I’m unable to login and retrieve any info regarding my .com, I resorted to making this blog account so that I can access the forum and get some assistance.

    As stated before, I paid in total for my “www.cleandashlife.com” but since I used my debit card and the receipt was sent to an incorrect email, I cannot get the transaction ID to verify my account information. That is why I’m hoping you can help me with.

    Or maybe another option would be to completely refund me the $76 dollars and release the domain http://www.cleandashlife.com and I can repurchase it with the correct email address and have access.

    Would that be possible?

    Basically I cannot login to my domain name for the business account I paid for. Or when I come to at the domain it says the .com is already taken. And I cannot upgrade. Therefore if I could just get refunded I think that might help clear up the issue, since I’ve had zero access to it and it’s not possible at this point to login to the business account. But I still have the issue of my domain name that I want to keep and repurchase. Please help me out here!
