  I need to speak to someone but my login… user name and password. I keep asking for help and you just send me to forums. I need to sort this out, as I am locked out.
  I am in London. Please help me sort this. I have over 20 sites with you, so I am quite concerned about this. I have tried to contact you, but only get forums. Thank you

  What is the account username and email associated with the account you are trying to regain access to?

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  If you have purchased an upgrade with any of your sites under the account, you can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
