Login Loop with generic error

  Hello, I have 2 WordPress sites – https://vitabakes.com/wp-login.php and https://sgbizservices.com/wp-login.php and no matter what I do I cannot reset my passwords and am caught in a log in loop on both. I understand there is an issue with the plugs and security that may be causing this but it’s preventing me from doing anything so, I need step by step instructions on how to get past this stage. I can’t even access my Dashboard.

  I get a page not found 404 error when trying the go into admin via example: https://sgbizservices.com/wp-admin
