Login nightmare

  I am unable to login into WordPress for a month now.
  I have tried everything online to fix this.
  Cannot get through to WordPress to ask.
  My username and password have not changed for 2 years.
  I’m at a loss as what to do?

  If you’re unable to login to that site, please try following the steps outlined in the link below to change the login details.

  If you have access to your hosting account, the details can be reset/changed by editing the database directly, or by using the file manager in your control panel to edit wp-config.php.

  Thanks for your help here. much appreciated.

  Everything I try, does not work.
  Even placing my email for retrievel of a new password is being rejected….
  I know all my details are correct and have been in place since the beginning, now everything is invalid…….
  I’m flummoxed.

  I am constantly told, invalid username, which has never changed..
  Its the name of the site ‘FlowerAssociates’ and cannot be invalid.

  Please try using one of the other methods outlined at:

  If you need help with that, please try contacting your hosting provider for support as previously advised.

  As the site is not hosted on the servers here at WordPress.com, nobody here has access to any info associated with it.

  While we can’t help you reset the login details as we don’t have access to the sites database or files, your hosting provider can.

  Hi,
  I cannot login, therefore I cannot talk on teh WordPress.org forums.
  I have notified my provider, and 48 hours later no email reply from them.

  Hi there, sadly, this isn’t something that we can really help with. If you’re unable to post in the self-hosted forums after using the resources linked by @garysixtyeight, it’s really a matter between you and your hosting provider’s support service to arrange communication to help solve this issue. Since WordPress.com is a hosting platform itself, it isn’t associated/affiliated with your hosting provider (which appears to be Sucuri).
