Login no longer works

This is hard to discuss without posting personal informaiton. While I was logged into my site, I had a password automatically generated, a big long complicated one. Wrote it down, triple checked it then logged out to log back in and check all was ok. Now I can’t log in, it say p/w is incorrect. I requested an email to reset but the email comes through with a blank page so I have no link to reset. If anyone in tech support can help, my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

You might try whatever company your content is hosted by. IF your content is indeed hosted here at WordPress.COM, more information would be a great help for us to help you.
What is the blog you need help with? would be an excellent start.Because it is important that your personal information is protected, we ask that you do not post it on the forums.

the blog name is traceadventures.com. It’s not live yet, I am still setting it up. Can you see in my member name how it has merged my email and my blog name together to make valeoholdingstraceadventures. Not sure how that happened.

The only thing that your site hosted at Siteground, known as self hosted or sometimes WordPress.ORG, has in common with the forums at WordPress.COM is the name WordPress.
