  I never get the SMS authentification code and when I try to get a reset pasword link it does not work.

  I tried and received SMS from other sources.
  AFIK the matter could be that my cell phone operator perhaps blocks SMS coming from outside the countries listed in my data plan, among them USA is not.

  Do you think it is plausible ?

  Hi there,

  It shows that you still have 9 backup codes left for the account. Do you still have access to that list? If so, I would use one of the codes to get back into your account, and then verify that the phone number on file is the correct number.

  Once you are back in, I would recommend also adding an authenticator app, as they seem to be much more reliable for 2fa:
