login not working

    I am trying to log into my own site. I was on a chat with a man named Ramon who attempted to charge me $99 to fix this problem. There is no way I would be able to pay $99 to fix a problem that it’s just a simple login problem for my own free webpage account which I have had for years. He is scamming me and I am reporting him.
    please send someone to fix my login problem.
    When I attempt to login they say they do not know my email address. The only way I can get to my dashboard is by going back into my history or through my bookmarks. I need this fixed. My email address is above and that is the email address associated with my account, which the login page does not recognize. Please fix this immediately and send me a link to reset my password.
