Login page has become a download page?

  Trying to log into to the admin centre for one of my sites.

  The login URL I’ve been using since way back when is unchanged; http://%5BMY SITE]/wp-admin/

  For the first time ever, the URL changes to http://%5BMY SITE]/wp-admin/install.php and ask me to download WordPress?!,

  The screen asks for a ‘site title’ and ’email address’. Tried a few of my email addresses by end up with a page of code.

  No apparent way to recover my my email address so I’m snookered!

  Help please.

  It’s even worse than that – until you tell us the real URL’s that you are having trouble with – nobody can even guess at what your problems are. http://www.%5bmy.com is not a real URL

  Ok. I’m a bit paranoid as this is a bizarre, first time experience in 5 years of using wp. the URL is http://silvergroup.asia/wp-admin

  Okay, you are in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG for support with that version of the software.
