Login Page Not Working Properly

Because I had closed out for a virus check one day, I had to completely login to my computer. When this happened, I later found out I had to reset my password and info. I had to get ATT support to help as the login system was not working properly—and still is not working properly through the Login Page (though they set it to work with my new password and ID). You need to fix the ‘login site’ as it does not recognize real login information. (email visible only to moderators and staff).

NOTE TO STAFF: There is a duplicate of this post that is “stuck” on the front page of the forums and clicking on it reroutes back to the forum front page. I cannot delete it.

@steveerdmann, where exactly are you trying to log in? If you can post here in the forums it means you’re already logged into your WordPress.com account. If you are trying to log into a different account, log out of this one and clear your browser cache and cookies, and then try logging into the other account.

I don’t see the other thread on the forum’s front page any more, so it may have been a glitch. I’ll close that thread as a duplicate in any case.
