    Hello, I am having troubles logging into my wordpress dash board for http://www.novelfineries.com
    When I typed in the url to log in page, it said to wordpress has an update so I clicked ‘OK’ and then I haven’t been able to login with my usual credentials. I have then pushed forgotten password and typed in my email address for reset but no email has come.

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
