    I have updated my password several times today but the website does not recognise the new password so I’ve been locked out. Please explain

    Hi there:

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look.

    If you’re locked out of your website, you’ll need to contact your host Synergy Wholesale for help. Since they’re hosting your site, they also have access to your site’s install and backend and are the best ones to help you regain access.
