Login/Password Help

For some reason I am not able to get into the back end of my companies website to edit it. I don’t remember the correct email that it goes to because it is not letting me update the password. Is there another way that I can get the password changed and/or change the email it goes to when I try and change the password?

Hi there – I was able to get in on my old computer as the login was saved and changed the password. I’m still not sure why it wasn’t accepting my email to make the change though. Thank you!

Hi there – I am having the same problem with my company’s wordpress site. I’ve tried to have an email sent to reset the password, but when I put in the correct username, no email shows up. When I try to reset the password using the email attached to the account, I get a message that that email isn’t recognized.

elenarohner – Can you try it once using a different internet browser? Let me know if you have any better luck. Also be sure to check the spam and other folders of the email client.

I’ve used multiple computers and different browsers, with no success. We’ve also checked spam/junk/trash folders with similarly no success. The username is whartonIGEL but all different passwords aren’t working and the site doesn’t seem to recognize the email attached.

I do see that we have sent password reset emails to the address associated with the user whartonIGEL. However, it appears the email address may no longer be valid.
