Login & Password not working

  Hi, I got logged out yesterday from my wp-admin and I can’t log back into my dashboard. I tried resenting the password but I still don’t get any results. Please any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

  Hi there,

  Usually clearing your browser cache makes the trick.

  Also, if that won’t work, please make sure that you have JavaScript enabled in the browser, and there is nothing blocks the JavaScript code from loading.

  Hi ediaz65,

  A couple of questions for you to help us better understand.

  Can you confirm the site address you are trying to gain access to?

  Is the account you are using now the one you reset but just do not see the dashboard?
