Login password troubles

  I have been working on trying to create this site. I was on it earlier and logged out and back in as a user. to check things ( had issues with user registration) seem to have that fixed. but now i can not re log as admin. had this issue once before and some one was able to help. I have tried the lost password but the emails never come to my email. please help
