Login Problem

    I’m trying to reset my password but when I go to https://thepatiochic.com/wp-login.php and enter the new password, it won’t allow me and says wrong password.
    Can I just go to WordPress.com and enter my user info?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
