LOGIN PROBLEM
-
I help a friend with another blog…”nettlecreek”…which I’ve been logging into for quite a while.
Today I am unable to log in. I didn’t change the login name or password, but I’m getting an error message that says they don’t match what’s on file.
Can support tell me what’s going on? Why after so many months is it suddenly not working?
Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Regarding my initial request for help.
The blog I need help with is nettlecreek.wordpress.com
I am obviously able to log into fayence.wordpress.com since I’m sending this request for help :)
When I try to log into nettlecreek.wordpress.com, I get an error message that says the user name and password are not correct. I also get an error message that says I must enable cookies. I don’t get this error message when I log into fayence.wordpress.com. Cookies are enabled.
Please help. Thanks.

I am using Internet Explorer 9.
I get the same error message on Chrome and Bing.
It’s strange that I can log into fayence.wordpress.com without an error message but get the error when I try to log into nettlecreek.wordpress.com.
I’ve confirmed that the user name and password for nettlecreek have not been changed.

Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache:

2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If it’s still happening, let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/ and also post any error reports you get.

Thank you Timethief for your response.
I am using IE 9.
I do not get any errors or have any problem when I log into fayence.wordpress.com.
I am experiencing the problem of password error and cookies not enabled error when I try to log into nettlecreek.wordpress.com.
It seems to me that if I can log into fayence, I should be able to log into nettlecreek using the same browser.
The issue is with trying to log into nettlecreek.wordpress.com
Thanks for your help.

They key thing we need to determine is exactly which username account registered nettlecreek.wordpress.com
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility -
Nettlecreek.wordpress.com is under a different account….not the one I’m using to communicate with you.
We are communicating on fayence…nettlecreek is an entirely different account with a different password. I can’t log inot nettlecreek. I’m getting errors.
A few weeks ago I was able to log into nettlecreek, but now I can’t. I haven’t changed anything.

Does it matter than nettlecreek is being hosted at WordPress?
The URL is http://nettlecreekinteriors.com/
